This project consists of 57 studio-sized portable and affordable housing units. “The houses are self contained – it has a little bathroom, a kitchenette and a living space,” – Matthew Op de Coul. Currently 14 houses have been transported to Melbourne, six of which already have tenants. The project is set to be completed in January 2020.
